Awww. I shall miss you, but I completely understand what you mean. If I didn't have the flatrate thing for my internet access, I could only afford about an hour a week online! Although, maybe that would be a good thing in some ways ;-)
Hopefully we can catch up sometime soon... and I shall tell you my fingers-crossed-this'll-work-out-news now, then: Dad has decided to give Martin money towards his new car, and clear my debt with him* (they keep giving-us-money/presents like that, even between us, you see), but as that will leave me with a bit left over from the amount, I'll get some cash from him too. Which, I'm really hoping, will mean I'll be able to come on holiday in August with you. *crosses everything that's crossable* I don't actually know how much it'll be yet, but whatever it is, I shall put aside. *hopehopehopehope*

* Value of house going up, that plus savings is getting dangerously close to the threshold where we'd have to pay stupid levels of inheritence tax should anything happen to the parents, so they figure they'd rather give it to us now!
