Well, you know. At least he's still agreeing to pay for my second move. Or at least, John the Housing Bloke is totally holding him to it, so hah! And hey, at least he has used the Regeneration Grant money to actually refurbish the place pretty much top to bottom - the family who are moving in here told me that their current landlord got the grant, and only did some cosmetic painting and decorating, and totally failed to fix things like the enormous leak in the roof - he's now had a court thing served against him about it, apparantly, which is one reason why they have to move. Other than all their stuff getting cold and wet any time it rains, obviously.
