Is there anything I can do about this?  I'm sure there's sposed to be something, but I can't remember what.  Hellllllp!

I keep my onions in the fridge and then I stick them in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes before I get to cutting them. It cuts down on the fumes quite a bit.

Hmm! That onion was pretty well straight out of the fridge, but I shall definitely try the freezer trick next time. Taaaaaaaaaa :-)
